Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Moriya AI (the "Service") and constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer/provider of the Service (the "Provider"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Provider concerning the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below.

Term	Definition
"User"	Any individual or entity using the Service
"Content"	All data input, uploaded, or generated by the User through the Service, including text, images, code, audio, etc.
"Generated Content"	Content output by the Service's AI based on User input

Article 3 (Eligibility)

Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility. The Service may not be used for activities that violate laws, public order and morals, or these Terms.

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Intellectual Property Rights of the Service

All intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc.) related to the Service belong to the Provider or the rightful owners.

2. Rights to User Content

Intellectual property rights to Content input by the User belong to the User or the rightful owners. However, the User grants the Service the right to use such Content to the extent necessary for generating Generated Content.

3. Rights to Generated Content

The ownership of intellectual property rights to Generated Content may be separately defined by the Service. If not defined, the User may freely use the Generated Content, but the Provider shall have a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such Generated Content for improvement and enhancement of service quality.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws, court judgments, decisions, orders, or legally binding administrative measures
• Acts against public order and morals
• Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, reputation, privacy, or other legal rights of the Provider or third parties
• Using the Service to generate or disseminate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, racially discriminatory, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content as determined by the Provider
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or may do so (including excessive load, unauthorized access, malware upload, etc.)
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise analyzing the Service
• Reproducing, selling, publishing, or otherwise using information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Provider

Article 6 (Suspension or Modification of the Service)

The Provider may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users in the following cases:

• When performing periodic or emergency maintenance on computer systems related to the Service
• When the Service becomes difficult to provide due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• When computers, communication lines, etc., are stopped due to accidents
• Other cases where the Provider deems it unavoidable for the operation of the Service

Article 7 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

1. Disclaimer

The Provider makes no warranties that the Service will meet the User's specific purposes, have expected functions, value, accuracy, or usefulness, or that the User's use of the Service will comply with applicable laws or industry regulations.

2. Accuracy of Generated Content

Generated Content may not always be accurate, complete, up-to-date, legal, or moral. Users shall use Generated Content at their own responsibility and discretion and seek professional advice as necessary.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users in connection with the Service. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if these Terms constitute a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act.

4. Limitation of Compensation

Even in the case of the preceding paragraph, the Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances, and compensation shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages.

Article 8 (Privacy)

The handling of User's personal information shall be in accordance with the separately stipulated Privacy Policy, and the User shall be deemed to have agreed to such Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Modification of Terms)

The Provider may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users. Modified Terms shall take effect when displayed on the Service. If a User uses the Service after modifications, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

Article 10 (Restriction of Use and Account Deletion)

The Provider may, without prior notice, restrict all or part of the User's use of the Service or delete the User's account if the User falls under any of the following:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Other cases where the Provider deems the use of the Service inappropriate

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Provider's head office.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect on November 20, 2025.
